OUR AIM AND MISSION India has been a religious country from the ancient period. All the religious activities continue to dwell here without any interruption because mankind has kept receiving the great historical and spiritual prosperity from the religion. Dharma (following the path of religion) is also the way towards Moksha (ultimate release). The same religion and its inseparable constituents have been described in the shastras (ancient holy writings) which state that Daan (donation) is also a part of religion. Shiv, Dadhichi, Bali, Karna, Rantidev, Mordhwaja are some of the names in Indian myths, described as Daanveers (the great donors), who gave everything as daan to others and got the Amar-Pad (Ultimate Place). Daan has a very important place in the Indian Philosophy. Vedas (ancient holy epics) state that no other work is as pious as Anna Daan (donation in form of feeding). Shree Marwari Sewa Sangh is an institution which is working in this field from the last 60 years. The main aim of the institution is to work for the persons who are poor, needy, saints, sadhus, mahatmas, students, disables, orphans or the downtrodden persons of the society who need help. The institution is pioneer in this field and doing the marvelous job of caring the persons who need help. The institution is indulged in serving 'Humanity and Human Beings'. This means that the institution's main aim lies in the following excerpt quoted from the Vedas: "Nar Sewa Narayan Sewa" which means to serve the human beings is to serve The God (Narayan). The institution also believes in the philosophy that states that no any practice is equivalent to benefiting the others. "Parhit Saris Dharma Nahi Bhai" |
